The island, or “LA ISLA”, is highly connected with the free mind and spirit, the serenity, the summer mood and the relaxing vibes that provide our mind with peace and freedom. An island symbolizes the place we dream of, the beloved location we wish to visit, the escape from daily routine and the break of our everyday life. These hidden messages that the word “island” hosts in it consisted an inspiration that brought LA ISLA handmade jewelry
to life in summer 2017.

The bottle, symbol of the old times communication process followed by sailors, represents the packaging of the brand. Each piece of LA ISLA handmade jewelry is delivered within a conceptual glass bottle with cork that refer to the sea and other island elements, being aligned with the brand ethical values on environmental sustainability.

LA ISLA is a Greek brand of handmade jewelries, conceptualized in 2017 by Myrto Saroglou. Her mother, a jewelry designer and design instructor for many years, taught her several techniques, especially on metals, chains and stones, and inspired her to start working on her first collection.
